We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss the issue. We will evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

At ZakiyahArtz, all colouring books are carefully handmade, processed, and shipped by a single individual. Please review the details of our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 3 business days.

• Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays, such as UK bank holidays etc.

Delivery Time

• Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within the UK.

• Deliveries are subject to the schedule of postal services, which typically do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to help you monitor the delivery progress.

Delays

• Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays may impact delivery times. ZakiyahArtz is not responsible for delays caused by postal service interruptions but will do our best to assist you if issues arise.

ZakiyahArtz is not responsible for problems caused by wrong shipping information, like incorrect addresses or contact details. It’s your responsibility to provide the correct details. Please double-check your information to avoid delays or extra charges.
